🟥 This Town Ain't Big Enough For The Both Of Us
After exiting the tunnel, eliminate the oblivious Jackal and take his Beam Rifle if desired. Sargent Johnson arrives in a Gauss Warthog, instructing you to man the gun. This unique Warthog fires concentrated energy bursts. Clear the jackals on the center platform from the moving Warthog. Observe the Scarab in the background. Ghosts will spawn after eliminating the Jackals. Hijacking a Ghost is recommended. Proceed to the amphitheater clearing on the right, where you'll find Ghosts, a Wraith, and sniping jackals. Use the Ghost to destroy them and continue through the archway. Follow the waterfall walkway to the penultimate showdown, aiding a Warthog fighting Ghosts. Proceed up the road, engaging Ghosts, Wraiths, and ground forces. Your Ghost's maneuverability is advantageous. Deal with Phantoms using sustained fire. Clear the area of all enemies and dismount the Ghost. Enter the building at the end of the road, grabbing the Rocket Launcher. Reach the top of the stairs and receive a compliment before the Scarab appears.
🟥 Field Expedient
The Scarab fires at the Scorpion Tank, then walks off. Go right, through the building without Covenant. Proceed to the Scarab in the Canal. Equip Rocket Launcher, fire 2 missiles, then switch to Shotgun. Jump onto the Scarab's deck, throw frag grenades into the belly. Descend to the control room, eliminate remaining enemies with Shotgun. Consider switching back to Rocket Launcher for Elite pilots. Watch the cutscene of the Scarab exploding and the Prophet of Regret attempting to escape. In Amber Clad follows with the Master Chief aboard.
