Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary: the Pillar of Autumn Part 10 Gameplay Video

🟩 Halo Master Chief Collection 🟪 Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary 🟦 Part 10 🟦 The Pillar of Autumn 🟥 After the initial cutscene, climb out of the cryotube. Thom Shephard, in a flustered state, will lead you out of the cryobay but is quickly killed by an exploding door. Double back and jump over a pair of pipes on your right. Proceed through two more doors, crouch under a partially raised blast hatch, and continue forward. Ignore the ongoing firefights in the hallway since you'll have plenty of Covenant to deal with once you acquire a weapon. There's nothing you can do to save the Marines and technicians in those battles. Turn right and find a second door on the left side of the corridor. Move through a darkened room, follow the hallway, and you'll come across a pair of technicians and a Marine engaging Covenant force. The Marine will offer to take you to the bridge, but you can choose to follow him or forge ahead on your own. Upon reaching the bridge, approach Captain Keyes near the viewport to trigger a cutscene. As soon as you regain control, swiftly exit the bridge, being mindful not to collide with walls or crew members. If you're fast enough, your pistol won't appear when the door opens to the cafeteria. Instead, pick up the Assault Rifle and seek cover behind the nearest steel barrier. Prioritize eliminating the Grunts first since they're easier to kill and will reduce the Covenant numbers more quickly. Take cover behind the barrier if you come under heavy fire. It's likely that one or two Marines have already been killed, so make sure to gather their ammunition and grenades. Grab a Plasma Pistol or Rifle, as they are highly effective against Elite shields. Also, obtain plasma grenades as they can easily dispatch enemies, particularly on this difficulty level.

🟥 After clearing the room, replace your nearly depleted plasma weapon with a fresh one. Head back to the bridge briefly, loop around the room, and return outside. This time, you'll have your pistol and face three Grunts. Now armed with three weapons, handle different situations: the rapid-firing rifle for unshielded enemies, the pistol for headshots, and the plasma weapon for shields. On cooperative play or with limited weapons, use an Assault Rifle and a plasma weapon. Keep ammo above 30% for the plasma weapon. Outside the cafeteria, face Grunts and occasionally an Elite. Use a UNSC weapon for the Grunts and deplete the Elite's shields with plasma, then finish with the human weapon. Grab extra ammo and proceed to three Marines fighting an Elite. Sneak up or stick the Elite, and retreat if necessary. Two Marines guarding an exploding airlock can be eliminated with grenades. Grab an overshield and continue. In a darkened hallway, use your flashlight to kill a lone Grunt. Move to a perpendicular hallway and flank three Marines fighting Covenant. Use grenades strategically. Join the Marines after eliminating the first group and prepare for the second. Find more ammo and a Health kit. Flank Covenant forces near a tech killed by an explosion and use a plasma grenade ambush. Proceed to another airlock with overshields. Eliminate Grunts and move through a partially raised blast door. Allow Covenant forces to come out before eliminating them. Use cover and kill the Elite first. Prepare for a tough fight with ample plasma grenades and fresh Plasma Pistol/Rifle. Retrieve the other overshield if needed and continue.
