He climbs Mount Chiliad by running. Gradually his sprinting speed increases. When he reaches at the top he found the he can run at much faster speed. Now he has super speed.

He went down from the Mount Chiliad in very less time. The he reaches his home town on his foot by running. He decided to fight some corona monster in East Los Santos. While fighting time went so fast that it night. At night an electromagnetic storm came. Which weakens him so he decided to go back his home. The electromagnetic storm can mutate human body. It has different effects on different people.
